WaterLand

Two materials, reed and wood, drawn from water and land. The reed is cut in the protected Naardermeer reserve by one of the last reed cutters in the Netherlands, while the wood comes from a fallen tree on my hometown's station square, given a second life and worked by hand. Built without glue or screws, the pieces are fully plant-based and compostable, returning to humus when their time comes to feed the earth they once grew from.
