POLDER
A handcrafted tableware series created by Merging Matter for restaurant Fundamental, rooted in the polder terroir. Oats are pressed into the clay and burned into its surface, while the glaze is made with native meadow flowers. Lightly charred wood reveals the grain. Together, these elements bring the fields and plants of the polder to the table.
